Welding parts

1.Panasonic servo motor control the line wire feeding, more accurate;
2.Line wires are clamped by SMC air cylinders, no need to adjust for different wire diameters.
3.Line wires are sent to the slot tunnel device automatically, which can fix the line wire position.

1.Cross wires should be pre-straighten & cut by the wire straightening and cutting machine; 
2.Cross wire feeder is simple, easy to adjust for different wire diameter and mesh width.

1.One SMC air cylinder controls one welding point. Same welding pressure for each welding point, guarantee welding quality.

2.Upper & Lower welding electrodes base are water cooling type. 

3.Upper copper wires connect upper & lower electrode base directly. Welding current can be kept on welding point.
